Includes round-trip transportation to and from your destination, within a 40-mile radius of our HQ.
Out-of-Home Errand & Pickup
Flat Rate$25 per single pickup & delivery stop
Includes pickup and delivery of pre-paid orders — curbside groceries, prescriptions, dry cleaning, packages, or retail pickups — within a 15-mile radius of HQ. A flat distance fee applies for 15–40 miles, and each additional stop is $10. Note: we handle pickup and delivery only; we do not perform in-store grocery shopping.
Drop-In Pet & House Sitting
Flat Rate$65 per day
Includes 3 scheduled daily visits (morning, mid-day, and evening) with photo check-ins sent after every visit. Unlimited pets included at no additional cost.
Pet care: feeding, fresh water, potty breaks/litter box cleaning, play, and medication administration if needed.
Home care: mail & package retrieval, plant watering, alternating lights/blinds, and quick security checks.
In-Home Services
First-Time Client Special$40 — 3-hour block
Standard Rate$90 — 3-hour block (returning clients)
Customizable 3-hour care blocks covering light housekeeping, laundry (wash/fold/put away), light cooking/meal prep, dishwashing, and general organizing.
Companion Care
Flat Fee$75 — 3-hour block
Compassionate, non-medical support for connection, peace of mind, and assistance during appointments or everyday activities. Includes social connection (light engagement, conversation, reading assistance, and homework help), appointment support (escort and waiting room companionship), and emotional support. Additional hours available at $25/hour for appointment delays or extended care.
Family Logistics & Coordination
Flat Rate$95 — 3-hour block
A non-medical coordination service that organizes your weekly household schedule, appointments, reminders, and routines — reducing stress and keeping your family on track. Additional hours: $30/hour.
Weekly Planning: a structured weekly household plan.
Appointment Coordination: confirming times, organizing transportation, syncing schedules.
Household Setup: meal plans, cleaning cycles, laundry cycles, grocery lists.
Communication Sync: shared reminders, check-ins, weekly summaries.
Transition Support: new baby, new job, moving, school-year changes, post-hospital logistics.
Add-Ons
Additional fees may apply for key retrieval, heavy item assistance, extra stops or pets, travel beyond standard coverage radii, or after-hours requests. Pricing varies by situation and will be quoted at the time of service.
