Local Transportation

Round-trip rides to appointments, the store, or anywhere else you need to go, within a 40-mile radius of our headquarters.

  • Flat rate of $35 per ride
  • Includes round-trip transportation to and from your destination
  • Coverage up to a 40-mile radius from our HQ

Good for

Doctor's visits, salon appointments, family gatherings, airport drop-offs, and everyday trips around town.

Out-of-Home Errand & Pickup

We handle pickup and delivery of pre-paid orders — curbside groceries, prescriptions, dry cleaning, packages, or retail pickups.

  • Flat rate of $25 per single pickup & delivery stop
  • Coverage up to a 15-mile radius from our HQ
  • Flat distance fee applies for 15–40 miles
  • $10 add-on for each additional stop

Note: we handle pickup and delivery only — we do not perform in-store grocery shopping.

Good for

Prescription refills, curbside grocery pickup, dry cleaning runs, and dropping off or picking up packages.

Drop-In Pet & House Sitting

Three scheduled visits a day to check on pets and your home while you're away, with photo updates so you always know how things are going.

  • Flat rate of $65 per day, including 3 daily visits (morning, mid-day, evening)
  • Unlimited pets included at no additional cost
  • Photo check-ins sent after every visit
  • Pet care: feeding, fresh water, potty breaks/litter box cleaning, play, and medication administration if needed
  • Home care: mail & package retrieval, plant watering, alternating lights/blinds, and quick security checks

In-Home Services

Customizable 3-hour care blocks tailored to your household's needs — housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep.

  • First-time client special: $40 for a 3-hour block
  • Standard rate: $90 for a 3-hour block (returning clients)
  • Customizable tasks: light housekeeping, laundry (wash/fold/put away), light cooking/meal prep, dishwashing, and general organizing

  • Flat fee of $75 for a 3-hour block
  • Social Connection: light engagement, conversation, reading assistance, and homework help
  • Appointment Support: escort and waiting room companionship during doctor visits or personal errands
  • Emotional Support: attentive care and presence for loved ones needing extra comfort and attention
  • Additional hours available at $25/hour for appointment delays or extended care (Homework help and social interaction are always free inside our Community Hub!)

  • Flat rate of $95 for a 3-hour block; additional hours at $30/hour

  • Appointment Coordination: confirming times, organizing transportation, syncing schedules
